This was very soothing and while listening to the "sync" I meditated on the words you used in the heartbreak explaination. The holographic images of the waves spoke to my heart and I felt peace and awareness knowing that I am not in the body but the body is in me as you explained. a cetain "whole and lovely" feeling came over me. Thank you, Burt. I found you yesterday on youtube and this is amazing.
